GENERAL DIRECTOR AND ADMINISTRATOR

The General Director and founder of Air Ambulance RS, is Dr. Ricardo Serrano S. He directs and supervises the complete functioning of the company. He possesses the best experience and knowledge related to Air Ambulance in Ecuador, and also 27 years of hospital work in critical care.

He is trained and specialized in different areas like:

Intensive Care
Trauma
Emergency
Aeronautic Physiology
Member of the Ibero-American Association of Aereal-Space Medicine
Member of the Panamerican Society of Trauma
Member of the Ecuadorean Society of Aereonautic Medicine

MEDICAL PERSONNEL

The Medical personnel of Air Ambulance are: Drs and Nurses specialized in Intensive Care, Trauma, Emergency, Aereonautic Physiology related to care of children and adults. Their work in Air Ambulance is reinforced by their experience in hospital critical care.

AIR TRAVEL COORDINATORS

We have air travel coordinators, who can quickly and efficiently take care of all the requirements related to land and air travel. They maintain constant comunication and coordination with the places of origination and destination of the flights, and close contact with the families and relatives of the patients.

This operational structure, helps us to maintain readiness to respond to emergencies, at any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
